Aqua Gen has created a new position as a Quality controller / Fish health manager, and has appointed Nina Santi (35) from August 1. 2007.

Nina graduated from The Norwegian School of Veterinary Sciences in 1998. Her last position was as an Associate Professor at The Norwegian School of Veterinary Sciences, where she was working as a researcher and teacher in fish health. She has broad experience from diagnosis of fish diseases, specialising in viral infections. She has a Ph.D. from studies of IPNV infection in Atlantic salmon.

Through this new position Aqua Gen will strengthen the company’s quality control work, and maintain the strong focus on biosecurity. In addition, she will be involved in fish health related R&D activities. By this, Aqua Gen wants to provide the customers’ with even better documentation of product quality and biosecurity.
